1, the tool can not be clamped

(2) The spring collet is damaged, so that the spindle clamping device can not clamp the tool. Eliminate by replacing new spring collet

(3) The failure of the disc spring makes the spindle grabber and clamping device unable to move to the correct position, and the tool cannot be clamped. It is eliminated by replacing a new disc spring.

(4) The drawnail on the handle is too long, which collids with the spindle grabber and clamping device, so that it cannot move to the correct position and the tool cannot be clamped. Remove them by adjusting or replacing the pull-nails and installing them correctly.

2, the tool can not be opened after clamping

(1) The pressure and stroke of the loose knife hydraulic cylinder are not enough. Eliminate by adjusting fluid pressure and stroke switch position.

(2) The disc spring is pressed too tightly, so that the spindle clamping device can not fully move to the correct position, and the tool can not be loosened. By adjusting the nut on the disc spring, reduce the spring pressure to eliminate.

3. Why does the motorized spindle stop when strong cutting?

(1) the transmission belt connecting the main shaft motor and the main shaft is too loose, causing the main shaft transmission torque is too small, the spindle torque is insufficient when the strong cutting, generating an alarm, CNC machine tool automatic shutdown. (By readjustment of the tension of the spindle drive belt, to be eliminated.)

(2) there is oil on the surface of the transmission belt connected with the spindle motor, which causes the transmission slip of the spindle. When the spindle is strong cutting, the spindle torque is insufficient, which generates an alarm, and the CNC machine tool stops automatically. (Remove by rinsing with gasoline or alcohol and wiping clean.)

(3) the transmission belt connecting the main shaft motor and the main shaft is used too long and fails, resulting in the torque of the main shaft motor can not drive, the spindle torque is insufficient when the strong cutting, generating an alarm, CNC machine tool automatic shutdown. (To be eliminated by replacing the new spindle belt.)

(4) the clutch and coupling in the spindle drive mechanism are connected and adjusted too loose or worn, resulting in the torque transmission error of the spindle motor is too large, and the spindle vibration is strong when strong cutting. Generate alarm, CNC machine automatically stop. (By adjusting or replacing the clutch or coupling to eliminate.)
